Kristin’s responsibilities range from assisting Dr. Binder with administrative tasks to patient care. She has worked with Dr. Binder since March 2015 and is also a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant trained to administer patient re-exams, patient therapies as well as assist with clerical duties at the front desk. While her primary position is the Executive Assistant to Dr. Binder and Marketing Director for our office. She is married with two children.
Kristin is active in our community as she is a member of Statesville Leading Ladies, Statesville Chamber and a Board Member for a local non-profit, The Lauren Marie Kinsey Foundation for Synovial Sarcoma.
April has been the Pain Management Manager since November 2016. Her primary responsibilities are treating patients using various therapies including Cold Laser, Spinal Decompression, Myofascial Rapid Release and ReBuilder. She is also a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant trained to administer patient re-exams, other patient therapies, as well as, assist with clerical duties at the front desk. April is also our New Patient Coordinator, in this role she assist our new patients on their first visit by completing paperwork and gathering all information needed for our treating doctors. She is very caring and attentive to our patients and their needs. She is an animal lover and has been married since 2005.
Rachel has been the Front Desk Manager since March 2011. Her primary responsibilities are assisting patients with their needs, from scheduling appointments, to checking them in and out, to helping them complete paperwork, although she is also trained in the administration of physical therapies. She is a Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant, as well as being Care Credit certified. She is a very upbeat and pleasant person who thoroughly enjoys interacting with our patients. Rachel is married with two children.
Deanna has been the Front Desk Manager since October 2020. Her primary responsibilities are assisting patients with their needs, from scheduling appointments, to checking our patients in and out, and also helping complete their paperwork. She is currently working towards her Certified Clinical Chiropractic Assistant. She is a very pleasant and compassionate person who thoroughly enjoys all aspects of chiropractic and interacting with our patients. Deanna is married with two children.
